It might have some software issues.
In one hand, the scope is a great product and works almost perfectly for me.In other hand, I have to position the coin rotatelly in order to see it straight on the computer's screen.On the top of it, the software ain't work properly, (on my computer), therefore, I have to use Logitech's camcorder's software in order to use it.

Pretty good camera but a few issues
Build quality and video quality are very good, especially for this price range. The viewing angle is also very good.A few things I don't like about this camera though is that when a recorded video is played within eufy's app (V2.7.0_675) on iPhone (iOS 14.4.1) or iPad (iPadOS14.4.1), the loudness fluctuates about 2 - 4 times per second. When the video is exported on the same device, the audio is normal so something is wrong with the app. Customer support told me to turn down the volume when playing the video, but that's just a terrible response. I hope they fix this issue as soon as they can.Another thing that bothers me is the 2-way audio quality. It's just unusable. You have to talk very slowly and repeat several times in order to communicate with the other end. This feature should be used only in emergency.Finally, although it's not eufy's fault, you can't use 2K video on Homekit.Overall, this is a very good camera despite some of the flaws. If you can stand the audio quality and low res video quality on Homekit, we recommend this product.

Great camera poor customer service
The camera it self is great but if you need to switch the device to a different account, it’s complicated. Also customer service doesn’t work on the app. You have to visit their website on a browser and submit a ticket via website to have them respond to you

Good indoor camera with lots of features
I already own an outdoor security camera by ieGeek, and have been very satisfied with it. I thought I would try their indoor version, and it performs as expected and so far I am very happy with it. I like the features, which include motion detection, ability to record, alert, intercom and more. I check in on the house several times a day, and also use it to monitor my animals. You can load an sd card into the camera which is an added bonus if you want to record for any length of time. ieGeek also provides an extended warranty for free.

Good quality camera at a good price
I like all the features of this from the local storage options to all the custom setting like clip length and sensitivity. Don’t have any cons yet that I can think of.

Great stand alone monitoring camera
Great product, super easy to configure and set it up, very user-friendly interface. it is a bit sensitive to sound, but overall a great buy.

Great little camera that does the job
This is my second camera from the brand, I’m very happy with both. I really like the stand you can rotate it 360 degrees and you could put it on the wall too.The size is one of my favorite features, as you can see in my picture comparing it against the charger.Also the app works great and the image quality is good enough to do the job , you can also zoom in on the live video.The thing I most dislike is the fact that you have to manually rotate it I would like a camera that you can rotate from the app.The price is reasonable but even tho I apply a coupon I think it could be a bit cheaper .Overall I’m satisfied with this purchase

Awesome Home Secretary camera system
It has a little delay on the camera but awesome video capture if you don’t custom ur camera settings then u won’t have long video length but I’m very satisfied with it I would recommend it to anyone that wants wireless now my wife and I can check stuff out when we are at work if we wanted to I will be adding more cameras shortly and last but not least the motion alerts will notify you well unless u turn them off if your outside
