It turns on when it senses movement, three light levels, just plug in and it works.

I love this night light.
Was looking for something to be bright enough to see but not hurt your eyes, plus our kitchen has no window so it always pretty dark so I needed something that would have an option of motion detection instead of being on f all day and night, but mainly I didn't want it to be on all night in my son's room, but if he gets off the bed for it to turn right on. (My son's room is not a small room) It does all of the above and more. Above and beyond my expectations. Exactly what I needed and more. Great night light.

Perfect for what I needed
Lots of sound options! Perfect background sound with a continuous and unnoticeable loop.

I think it works well.
I can't hear it when I take my hearing aids out at bed time but my wife likes it so I'm happy.

Exactly What I Needed.
Small but mighty. Has a nice weight to it so it doesn't slide or push around very easy. I needed this for outside my bedroom door to keep my nosey roommate from listening to my private conversations and it worked perfectly. I learned later on that she spent 20 minutes wandering around looking for the fan she left on and then looked for damage with the a/c unit. She couldnt see it due to it being tucked in the corner of a dark hallway. Bonus!!

My old sound machine stopped working so while looking for a new one I found this one. Works great and easy to use.

Better than I expected
I used to put on 12 hour YouTube rainstorm videos to sleep ... my friend told me to invest in a sound machine so... now I know- I sleep better with waves crashing than rain and thunder.Don't sleep without it.. happy

Exactly What I Needed
Product arrived today online and looks great! Just spent some time trying it out and I'm thrilled with the product. Because it was less expensive than many other models I was concerned about the quality, but I didn't need to be. It's sturdy and seems to be built of great materials. #HappyCustomer.
