I like to lanyard my iphone when I'm in a place where dropping it could be catastrophic--like in a tall set of bleachers. I have used the type of lanyard that has a stretchy/rubber "net" looking piece that wraps around the phone, and those fall off too easily, and also get in the way of the corners of your touch-screen (surprisingly annoying). This type slips in your existing phone cover between the back of your phone and the cover itself, and the little strap/connection sticks out where the charger plug goes in. It is not difficult to still use your charging port, though you do have to push the little strap out of the way. I use a proximity charging station to charge my iPhone (doesn't require the plug) and was concerned that this would interfere with charging that way. It does a little... you have to be more careful how to put your phone on the charging pad. But it does work with the two charging pads that I have.

Having moved on from a Fitbit Charge 3 , I find this what I want in terms of syncing with my Samsung phone for messages and email etc. I hardly use the health and fitness apps but can if wanted, the biggest issue is battery life which most often will exceed a day but not always. Some days it has 40 to 50 % left before charging overnight and other days it goes to sleep with less than 10% for a 12 hour or so day. I don't change the settings so it's still a mystery why it varies. That being said it does recharge quite quickly. Overall I'm quite happy although I thought I had ordered a black with leather but ended up getting a silicone strap. When it's time to replace the strap I will look at options. Bought on sale for $299 CDN which I thought was a fair price. So far so good after about a month's use.

I really like the design of this mount. You can position it many different ways and it holds your phone very securely! With the clamp and the silicone strap, your phone won't come out. The only downside for me is that the phone seems to want to rotate downward during bike rides. It could be due to my phone being bigger and heavier. All in all, this is a good mount and I am happy with it.

The main unit is very nicely made and has the appearance of high quality. There were a couple things I noticed on this one that exceeded my expectations. The back of the unit is mad to get a good grip when attached to a tree and prevent slippage. The build of the enclosure allows a cable pass through to lock the unit as well as strap it. The strap was extra-long; however, the buckle was made of plastic unlike other that are metal I've tried. The details are well thought out, including things such as a string to help remove the battery cover, and a better-than-expected gasket system. The camo is good and darker to match with bark.The user interface was typical for this type of electronic, up, down, left, right, menu to go back etc. There were a surprising number of options while I was setting the camera up. I did not like that the screen always shows black and white while previewing.Phone interface was not difficult to setup, and I was able to connect first via Bluetooth and then Wi-Fi. I had some issues at first and I found that the max connection time was 4 minutes. I was hopeful that there was an option to leave the Wi-Fi on all the time but did not find this as an option. Once connected on the phone I had an array of options to adjust settings on the fly which was nice, pictures included.I tested the camera overnight overlooking the backyard of my place and my neighbors hoping to catch his dog leaving me some lawn brownies. The temperature overnight got into the low 20s F and there is little to no light where the camera was set to monitor. The goods:1. The UI is buttery smooth!! Coming from the original TicWatch, this was a great great performance boost. Was really smooth to use the UI. No lag, does NOT feel like the cheaper version based just on the performance at all! Was a real smooth experience just to use the watch.2. Glass was smooth and curved ever so little on the edges. was so smooth to touch and use.3. Sleep tracking was really good. I was impressed.4. Value for money!! Phenomenal deal for $179. I dont think you can get a google wear watch at this rate.The bads:1. Bezel city!! The bezels was really an eyesore on this otherwise beautiful watch.2. Felt like the strap quality could have been much better. but the good thing is that its standard strap and can be easily swapped.3. Vibrator could have been a bit better. felt like cheap vibrator inside the watch.If I had an option, I would dock half point for vibrator and the bezel. but cant dock half point.. so my review is 4.5/5

I needed to replace my early version GoPro that never seemed to hold a charge from day one--'nother story...and I didn't want to go in deep for another action camera because A- they are mounted in an open cock pit race car the is pelted with track debris and B you can read as many reviews as you want and still end up with a POS.I haven't raced with it yet and that will test the camera's anti-shake and video clarity, but what I can say is that it is easy an intuitive to set up, has a decent starter set of mounts and other hooha's that get you going. A nice plus is the that mounts for all these camera's are interchangeable, so I don't have to fiddle with changing that stuff. I did a couple of short tests of the formatted SD cards to make sure they are working and the on-camera screen was useful and clear enough for viewing, though at this price point you shouldn't expect HD experience. I like that the remote start can start more than one camera--which is part of my plan to have two camera's so I can view the shenanigans of the cars behind me--so one button push will start both cam's recording. I liked external mic as I would like to do some car related mechanical videos.In a perfect world I'd like to not have to reset the date when I change batteries and I wished that the remote start was also a remote "on" since I cant reach the camera when I'm strap in at pregrid and waiting for the start. Other than that I think this will be a pretty good alternative to MUCH more expensive models--and I can spend the extra on things that make me go faster....

Everything that is in the pack that we have tried so far has worked well. Everything connects as it should, and there's a lot of fun attachments. The wrist strap was missing, however. After contacting the seller through Amazon they immediately remedied the issue with a quick response. They sent another that arrived quickly also.. very satisfied with their customer service and promt reply.Amazon also said it has an 18 month warranty which is awesome! The parts are all very sturdy and good quality so doubt we'll need it. Overall this is a great bundle! It comes with plenty of the little screws that attach the camera to the various parts. There is also enough of the little attachment pieces that you don't have to remove one every time you want to use something else. Overall this was a good buy.. great product and value with excellent customer service.
