There was no remote and the battery life is short-lived. Would not recommend.

Does not come in brass.
Great lock, but limited finish options. Would like to see Kwikset produce in brass. The other Premis model comes in brass, so I don't see why not this one?

Does not come with stand
It came and looks as described however it does not come with the stand which I thought from the photo was included

Samsung The Best
It doesn't get better. I've used this device for years. I don't think you can wear it out. Smaller than it looks. Samsung makes their own chips. Speed and reliability is tops. The price has come way down. This is my #1 choice. It's strange that Amazon does not show Samsung as a manufacturer filter!

It does not come with a guide
Great value for money. Only one thing missing... Instructions! It's so hard figuring which parts goes to what and what it's use for. Would have given it a 5 star

They are okay.
Easy set up for sure, wire management is okay. Does not come with hardware to support Samsung satellite speakers. So when it says other it does not include Samsung. Made my own hardware to fit the key holes.

Does NOT come with a charger
You won’t be able to charge these with any old charger you probably have 10 of. You will need to buy an additional charge cord called a USB-C cord. It does come with a tiny cord, but nothing to plug it in to..Great, thanks Apple. They crapped the bed on this one!

Does not come with a driver
No driver can be awesome, but if you have an OS with lots of special software, it is a pain. I purchased two of these. One for my regular work pc and one for my gaming pc. The one for my work pc, was easy install, no issues. The one for my gaming pc, on the other hand, I am still working on making compatible, just haven't had the time to do a manual update to my system.
