Great tool for taking selfies.
This remote worked out very well for taking selfies. I'm aware the selfie stick comes with the connecting wire and the button on the handle can be used to take the picture. My experience showed the stick moves when the button is pressed. With this remote there is no problem with the stick moving. Make sure to carry an extra battery. When the battery runs low there is a noticeable delay when the button is pressed.

This is great for taking selfies because you can hold the phone and just push the button or someone else can push the button.
