Night vision is good. High quality picture for the cost. Better than my arlo system. Only thing is I wish it would pick up movement further out

We bought this when our more expensive monitor broke and honestly this one is what I wish we got originally. It's night vision isn't perfect but this one is good enough.What the best part is that it doesn't disconnect from the camera. Our other one would and we would have to go in to th babies room to reset it. Glad we went this way

The camera and APP are easy to setup and connected. The video is clear. Motion sensor is quick during day and night. I like the magnetic on its back so I can attach it to my metal rack without mounting.

As the owner of a TG-4 (Screen broke after dropped on concrete) I thought I'd offer my opinion on the new TG-6 which I received about 7 months ago and have used extensively. The primary use for this camera is photo's for use in construction reporting and I've taken hundreds since I received it and thousands on the TG-4. From a hardware perspective this camera has only minor differences from the TG-4. One comment is the orientation of the mini-HDMI and USB-C ports. The USB-C port is so close to the door hinge that it's difficult to insert the cable, I worry about breaking the door or the port. Another is the power and operating buttons, Olympus needs to add some more texture to the button surface to make them easier to find when taking pictures.At best the software is average, in certain photo modes your creative control is severely restricted, with the flash being the biggest offender because in certain modes (beach/sand, action, macro etc) you cannot use it as a fill flash. I understand that this is a point and shoot camera, but surely there's some room for creativity by someone that knows the difference between aperture and f stop.I was hoping to see an improvement in the camera software that wasn't there.

This is a fantastic video camera and I think for the price it is a fantastic buy!!! I purchased this video recorder so that I could record some classes and use as study material when I needed it. It has worked exactly as I had hoped it would and because of this awesome little camera I have been able to achieve my goals and am excelling in my classes. It is also a super cool looking camera, very light weight and once I am done with my classes I will continue to use it for family videos and pictures that can be taken off the video camera as well. It was packaged perfectly and arrived sooner than I had expected.I am not tech savvy at all and initially I was concerned with learning how to use the video recorder as I was on a time crunch. I was extremely relieved to find that there were many helpful videos posted. The fact that I was able to go back and replay videos as much as I needed was extremely helpful for me.What I loved the most about my purchase however, was the customer service that I received from Alisa. I had a lot of questions being that I lack in the tech area and I was extremely pleased when Alisa reached out to me immediately and helped me with all the questions I had. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and I was literally astounded with the customer service that I recieved from Alisa!!! No doubt!!I was also amazed by the fact that we are in two different countries with very different time zones.All the questions I had were answered so quickly that initially I thought Alisa was in the U.S., that is how quick she was to respond!! I recieved answers from Alisa quicker than I have received from some companies in the U.S. and for me personally, customer service is everything! You can have a great product but without the customer service to go with it, that product loses its value.Alisa is extremely knowledgeable, so quick to respond and with every question I had she provided me with a video to go with the question I had which for me was priceless!! Sometimes I felt a little embarrassed as I felt my questions were so basic but Alisa was so very patient with me and so very kind every time I asked for her help. And I will repeat being that I am not tech savvy I asked for a lot of help. Alisa never made me feel like I was a bother and I really appreciate that.The camera is defiinately a 5 star but if I could I would give Alisa 10 stars or more!! This is a handy, economical alternative to integrated camera - better picture quality by far. There are only two minor things about it - mounting it isn't super secure so I am hesitant to adjust my laptop while it is on. I will probably figure out a way to more securely attach it, but that isn't a big deal. Another minor, and easily fixed, issue is that if there is a contrast in background the picture has a "fisheye" effect. Again, easy to fix by having only a solid wall or consistent backdrop behind you during webinar, conference, etc. Overall, a good deal on a handy and very portable camera. Also no big deal for install - just plug it in.

The AI does a really good job in picking out objects, and the camera has good resoloution. Night vision is pretty good and even has a light for color night vision, but I dont use that so not sure how well that works. Battery is the only issue in that with my settings, I only get about 3 days of battery.

So for me the night vision wasnt great but then I figured out for me I had to go into the app under camera settings and turn off the status light and also night vision mode so that way it can be clear for me. Its different for everyone but the quality is definitely decent for the price. The app is awesome you can set up notifications how you want to receive them and the if you choose to do the monthly or yearly plans to be able to retrieve and view old playback and pictures the prices for each plans are reasonable and not expensive there is a package for everyone to meet all kinds of people's needs which I like. I also like that you can talk to whoever through the camera as well and there's 2 different modes for that as well.
