The V50X has exceeded my expectations. This is my first action camera and so far it’s been good for my needs, we’ll see how it performs during hunting season. For the price, I don’t think you can go wrong.

My kind of movie, great action and interaction by the characters

I had a GoPro 8 that died so I wanted to try something different. Brave 7 very similar and way cheaper. Pros. Similar to my GoPro 8. Bang for the buck. Cons. Not one touch record. App very basic compared to GoPro.

I recently received a replacement for this unit. The place where I want to mount these experiences a severe amount of vibration, so much that the video ANY action cam has recorded has has a weird waving effect. I put the new unit on the old mounting point just to keep the comparison exacting...there is still some minor rattle but it is drastically improved. Since my original review below I had since identified the buttons as the issue. Since this new unit is a drastic improvement from the first one, I have updated the review. This unit will work well for 99% of uses but the most demanding and technical uses may want to invest in a name brand. That being said, the quality for the $ is very reasonable and fair. I am leaving the original review below, but you should know the manufacturer did correct that issue.I got this product to be a rear facing action camera for my motorcycle. I have tried 3 different mounting points. At first I thought it was the case but after some simple shaking of the case and then the camera, the camera turns out to be the problem. It is not the buttons themselves, I taped them down and the rattling clearly comes from within the camera itself. This is a huge disappointment. This "ACTION" camera can not handle any action. My Gopro Hero 4 Black handles the same mounting points without any issues. I wish I could remember which mounts were a part of this kit, but I put them in with my collection....otherwise I'd return it. 1 star only because 0 isn't an option....ruined audio in actual action is an unacceptable deal breaker in my opinion. I will try to add some video to this review later.

My action camera came with some nice basic accessories, but wow, this kit really has enough stuff to keep two action cams busy. Being the time of year, I haven't really used most of these, I have however been through them and used a few. One thing I did notice, when mixing parts from the pieces that came with my camera and these parts, they fit a little tight, not really a problem, I just need to wiggle them some and everything matches up. Looking forward to warmer weather and trying out a few more of these, if anything changes, I'll update my review.

My husband wanted to watch an action movie and this one was perfect

This is a great action camera for my 9 year old, who wants to document her adventures. She is able to understand it and use it independently, which was important for us. It has all of the features she needed and came with a great variety of accessories. We would highly recommend this product and it is much less pricey than some other better known brands, but great quality.

I bought this for multiple snorkel tours in Hawaii and Florida this year. So far it has been working great in Hawaii. The images were clear and the yellow light and anti-shake functions were really helpful for underwater shooting. Can’t wait to use it again in my trip to Florida.
