Works really well. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because it's super loud when it locks. Not sure if that's my install or what. However functionality wise it's great.

Update 3: The high quality batteries have now been in the lock for over a year and they still work.Update #2 - I installed high quality batteries into the lock 6 months ago and they are still going strong. So if you plan to buy this get the premium Duracell or Energizer batteries to go with it.Updates - Battery Life- I used cheep Wegmans brand batteries in this device and they only lasted 2 months. This is not a knock to the lock, I did not expect much from these batteries. I did install another set of them because its what I had around the house so I will update this review when they fail.Still 5 star review, and none of the settings were lost after a battery change.ReviewI have had this for a month and I like it so far. Some general comments.1. Super easy to install with very good directions. I was surprised how quickly I was able to install this.2. It has a 30 second auto lock feature but I found that to be annoying and I disabled it. For those trips where you need to enter the house several times to unload the car, etc it made it too difficult.3. I have it on the south side of the house and it can get quite hot, no issues so far.4. Having a keypad lock I do not see why you would ever want a Bluetooth one. The keypad is so easy to and it works 100% of the time. That does not seem to be the case based on reviews I have read of bluetooth keypads.5. We had family visiting that were arriving at our house while we were not at home. It was super easy to just give them the code to get in rather then hide a key in the yard.6. I was able to easily re key this lock to the same key I had before, a huge plus.It was installed in 8/17 will update this review if it fails within a year.

Super convenient and seems to be as secure, or more, than a standard deadbolt.
