GREAT customer service
This company has wonderful customer service! They were very understanding, quick to respond, and helpful in creating a solution when my battery was not properly functioning. I would highly recommend this product, not only for the quality of the product itself, but also for the spectacular customer service.

Good value, excellent customer service
Already had the Cotton Carrier skout harness but also wanted the slingbelt versionHowever, when I received it, a part was missing. I contacted Cotton Carrier customer service and Brook Parker immediately sent me a replacement by mailExcellent customer service !

Good product, great customer service.
There has been plenty written on the product and it has worked as promised for 9 months. We love it, but I'm writing this review to talk about their great customer service and warranty. We had a small issue with the on/off button sticking and the customer service was incredibly helpful efficient. We shipped back our old unit and as it was udner warranty Infant Optics promptly replaced our monitor unit.Great product and great customer service.

Love it
Had one that broke off the ball. I contacted customer service and two days later I received a new one with a USB hub. They definitely have great customer service and will always order from them from now on. They stand by their warranty!

Good initial sound quality, durability an issue
Worked for a bit, but after some jostling in a backpack - sound quality deteriorated. *Update - although I originally rated this product *** stars, customer service provided a full refund, and I have altered my review to reflect their excellent customer service.

Good product
Had a minor issue at first with an defective item but the customer service reached out to me and sent me two replacement car mounts even though I originally only ordered one. Customer service was great and glad to get replacements

Great value, easy to install, great customer servi
Great value, easy to install, great customer service! Use it in the car. Suction power & adhesion are great so far. I asked a question about suction cup replacement and received a replacement “unit”. Customer service exceeded my expectations!
