Excellent Customer Support!
As a landlord, these Kwikset Smart Code Locks are WONDERFUL. No more lockouts! The tenants are quite happy to have a keyless entry. (The mastercode feature prevents tenants from reprogramming the codes. Works great.) We were having some trouble with the locks even after recalibrating them. We called Kwikset. The tech support folks patiently talked us though several of our issues. Now they are working smoothly. (They recommend alkaline batteries, not rechargeable and not lithium for best performance.) Great product. Great service. Highly recommend!

Great, Functional Lock. Can't live without it!
I bought one of these for my first house. It worked great, was easy to install and really helped with roommates going in and out all day. Before I'd worry about locking the front door at night in case someone was outside without a key but now there's no more chance of anyone who lives there getting locked out. Also, being able to make lots of codes has been hugely helpful. We can make a code for the pet sitter, guys painting our kitchen, etc and then just kill the code once their job is done. Way easier than running home from work to let them in or making copies of keys that float around forever.To show how useful it is, I just bought a new house and bought and installed this identical lock on our front door of the new house in the first week, even before we finished moving. Now we can't live without it!

Easy to install added safety
Never need to worry about the kids locking the door. It can lock automatically after 30 seconds.
