Update After returning their product, support contacted me and explained the miscommunication to make things right they sent me a complimentary product without asking. This shows they will back their product for this reason I definitely would recommend them. I had a problem with the microscope not shutting off, I contacted support and explained the problem they suggested holding down the power button, which I already did. I sent a second email with no response waited a day no response I sent a third email and finally got a response the next day saying they would replace it. by this time I already returned it for a refund. if support had followed sooner this could have been avoided. with the exception of the power button issue, the microscope did work well, I really just wanted a working replacement.

Why did I ever think this was too difficult to set
This is my 3rd Echo device. The first two I could never figure out how to set up and wound up giving both away. This took me about 5 minutes to set up. It was SO EASY! The sound quality is fantastic! Much better than I expected. While the unit is much larger than I expected it to be, it fits in well with my decor. I couldn't be more pleased.

Worth the investment. The August team is adding additions all the time. Take your time setting it up though because if not then you might be plagued by all kinds of problems. August gives me a sense of security and is very convenient. In addition to being able to control locking and unlocking my door with an app from anywhere in my house. To giving a special code to someone that gives them access into my home for whatever reason I need. I have a few other smart devices and Alexa works with them so I can connect with her to manager all of them. Don't forget to check out all of the apps that she can use. They are free.

Great but read what I did below to make it even be
I bought this for my wife's 2022 Toyota tacoma. I actually ended up switching it out to the magnetic mount instead of the mechanical one here. But let's talk about the one that gets attached to the dashboard. It comes with two very thin adhesive strips. But what I found is there is another flat surface that does not have adhesive strip on it it gets near the dash paddle. I added about a 1/8 in strip of 3M VHB adhesive to that so now there's three surfaces attaching into the dash. Adhesives on this are not 3M at least they don't have the logo on. I'm very curious to see how the adhesion works when it gets hot outside. Worst case I'll switch over to a more robust adhesive but otherwise it looks just fine and I think certainly adding that third piece of double-sided VHB is very helpful.

Why did I wait so long to get one!
After going years on camera looking grainy and dull I finally broke down and got this lighting kit, realizing it isn't just for vloggers and people streaming on YouTube.The impact is great, my video on web conference calls is so much clearer and I don't look pale and sickly!The features I like are it came with a stand and a clip so can either stand up next to my monitor or clip on to my laptop. It is powered either by USB, a battery with a USB port or in an outlet using a USB plug. It does not come with a plug so order one or use the one you charge your phone with.It has good options for lights, from warm to bright white light. There is a also a control for brightness.For the price this has to be a must for anyone doing any web video calls.
