I took this out a few times on my small boat and it works very well. It's a small speaker so I didn't have high expectations for sound quality but was pleasantly surprised by both the SQ and volume. While I'm sure there are better sounding speakers out there, there's only so much you can do with a tiny speaker and a few measly watts of battery power and I feel the sound quality is excellent at this price point. Battery life is decent, a 3-4 hours at full volume and what seems like 8 hours at lower volumes. I carry extra battery packs to charge it with so that helps.I didn't really test the water resistance aside from occasional splashes which it had no problem with. I don't plan on submerging it ever, but do want something that can withstand splashes and the occasional ocean spray over the bow.I do like that you can get 2 of them and set them up in stereo - I might consider getting another just to try that out.

Great hard drive! I use this for run and gun video work. The drive works well on my Mac and USB 3.0 transfer speeds are pretty fast. When tested with Blackmagic Disc Speed Test I get about 90 mb/s write and 100 mb/s read.I have one of these drives and one of the Seagate backup plus slim models. Both are 2 terabytes but the Seagate is cheaper, substantially smaller, and just as fast.

I have the first generation version and the Gitup Git 2 action cams and ordered this for the 4k and touchscreen. Unfortunately I barely got any use. After updating the firmware it will no longer recognize my PNY 64 GB turbo card. I have formatted it to FAT 32, Exfat, and un-formatted but it says "No card" no matter what I do. The card works fine in my Gitup and on my USB card reader so it appears to either be a random hardware failure or firmware error. Unfortunately it doesn't look like there is a way to flash it without a card. I can't find any official forums so I shot an email to Yi to see what they say.The video that I did take @ 1080p 60 seemed pretty clear and had better lowlight performance than the git2. Unfortunately I didn't get to try it out under more circumstances and have obvious concerns with the firmware.Edit: After doing some testing between my Yi Car cam and this it is definately a 64 GB card issue on the newest firmware 1.0.9. Not sure if it is just PNY or not. The only way to downgrade was to use a 32 GB card (Same PNY turbo series). Yi support responded that their engineers are working on it. Updating to 4 stars and keeping my fingers crossed.1.0.7 - Works OK1.0.8 - Works OK1.0.9 - Works with 32 GB card but not the above mentioned 64 GB.After doing a couple test videos I can say that the image is really sharp at 1080p. The bitrate is also around 45 Mbps which blows away the Git 2 36 Mbps so you get less compression blurriness. One thing that I did notice was some slight stuttering when panning viewed on 2 different computers. It seems like that is just a firmware compression issue but I can't test with 1.0.9 to see if it fixes it. My 32 GB card is dedicated to another device.updated review to 4/5.Edit 2: It works on the just released firmware 1.0.12updated to 5/5. The Yi support crew is also super responsive, by email, which is a huge plus.

I haven't gotten the chance to field test this yet, but just taking it out and messing with this I am in love with it! It's so sturdy and I feel very comfortable putting my C100 on it. The case is very well made and I love that it has a strap with it. I am very excited to take this with me to my next shoot, it feels very professional.For something as sturdy as it is, I would say it's decently lightweight. I wanted one that had some weight to it for security however, so that's up to you.

It came already charged ready to use. Bluetooth very easy to connect. Did the water test while playing music and it still works like if it didn't got wet and the suction seems to hold on pretty good atleast while I tested.

the k&n hd1449 is a direct replacement for the factory filter. Haven't had a chance to get out and romp on the bike yet, but it's running better with this one then the factory one that had 20,000 miles of dirt, grime, and engine oil clogging it up. Will update review when I get a chance to really road test it but I have to say, i'm really happy to buy the last filter my bike will need.

Really happy that I got these. They do look big on picture and they are, but somehow that bulkiness just translates to fantastic sound. Fit is amazing, I don't know what it is, but it fits my average ears just perfectly. I love it and had to write this so others know.Didn't do super detailed test for music, but first impression is very good, balanced sound. Noise isolation is just physical and that is fine with me.

These little guys work exactly as described. The three settings just require you to push the button 1, 2 or 3 times depending on which setting you would like. They charged up easily on their own and don't show any signs of fading throughout the night. Mounting was easy, I used my own wood screws.I purchased these for an increased security presence around the home, as well as something to scare raccoons and other critters away that seems to get into our garbage overnight.I can honestly say that on both fronts I see a change. Walking around the home to test the lights I found them very responsive and very bright considering their small size. Strategically placed around the house, I would guess that someone with bad intentions wouldn't be too happy about these lights and would maybe think twice or move onto the next house.On the pest front, with the purchase of these lights and heavier duty garbage cans, I have not seen any stray garbage or mess around the can area since. Not sure which is having more or less of an impact, but I am super happy with the result. I also enjoy the extra light in the garbage area in case I need to throw something away late at night.At this price, these are definitely a great investment. I intend on picking up another set to maybe decorate the fence line and test out the dim/decorative setting.
