This was purchased to replace my old 500GB device which was connected to me Network Hub on one of the USB ports. The advantages for this is that it is USB3 and twice the storage of my old device.The difference in speed between USB 2 and 3 is very noticeable even though it is connected over the network. Also, it helps that although the device it always connected it will go to sleep This should prolong the life.Impressed so far although I haven't needed to test its sturdiness yet.

Not all USB to hard drive adapters are created equal. This is my fifth one. I started out years ago with a generic USB 1.1 model then moved up to a 2.0 model. Both of them had laptop like power bricks and lots of different power connectors that were easy to misplace. Neither passed through SMART data or the actual name of the drive. Also, neither allowed testing. My third was a Unitec USB 3.0 unit that can read and write to 3 drives at once. One IDE 3.5 drive, and one IDE 2.5 drive, and one SATA drive either a 2.5 or a 3.5. It can also operate internal CD and DVD drives as externals. My fourth one was also a Unitek. It only does one SATA 2.5 or 3.5 drive at a time and can also run SATA CD and DVD drives with the provided power adapter. It however does not pass through SMART data or allow test to be done. It, like the first two does not show the drives name in OS’s. It only shows the chipset name of the adapter. It also suffered from another “flaw”, it is right angled which means the cables lead out from the side of the drive. To me that made it way harder to place on my work station.This is my fifth adapter. It doesn’t suffer the “flaws” of some of my past units and gives me the best of and better than my old ones. It does pass through SMART data and allow test to be preformed. Very important for testing multiple drives in a session. No more time killing installation in a desktop. It does show the proper name of the drive in OS’s. It can run, with the provided power wall wart, internal SATA CD and DVD drives as externals. Very handy in the age of laptops w/o such drives. Also good for testing a stack of those drives. The cables come straight out of the back. Easier for me to place on my work station. And with the USB-C connector it is by far the fastest. All in all, I am very pleased with this adapter.

I don't play golf but I do shoot. I've wanted a range finder for so long and gave up with the idea but now I have one.For my use this is fantastic. No complications, no fiddling with lots of buttons either. It works well and is perfect to carry in your pocket around the field. It's also handy at the range. The build quality is very good. It feels solidly made and the ergonomics are spot on for me. I did initially test it from within my kitchen looking out of my door but found the light wasn't quite adequate, but who plays golf indoors. It may affect the use slightly at an indoor range but that's all.Lovely bit of kit at a very reasonable price in comparison to some, and it does everything I need and from what I can tell, it's pretty comprehensive for golf use too.

I love these. One issue I have is that the remote has to be pointed right at the light for it too work. I haven't test the motion sensor yet and I eould have given it 5 stars if the remote was better but utvis a geeat bright light and very handy. I will post an update after a month or so.

Overall was expecting much more richness and suspense to the storyline. Such as a DNA Test to prove that the son of the bitch was a true Jeffy Jaffer, more dialogue time for Tracy Morgan to bring the funny and so on. Unfortunately, in my opinion the film lost its flavor after the death of Akim's father. However, my 5 stars goes to the costume manager for bringing elegance to the entire production.

What can I say...out of the box I was surprised at the base and the incredible highs from the silk tweeters. I had gotten so accustomed to the mono sound of most speakers like this, that the stereo sound blew me away (the eq adjustment is awesome). I have not had a chance to test it long-term, but I will be sure to check in after some time has passed. Considering that I was looking at some of the new offerings from JBL, UE, and Bose. I am in no way disappointed, I think that Anker has set the bar very high and the "big boys" need to watch out.

The product arrived very quickly. The product arrived just as the seller described. It was great for travel but did not test the water resistance. I’d rate this product a 9/10 only because the aftermarket version has an extra compartment to keep your charger with the speaker within the case.

Best sound machine I've owned. Rich, full, sounds, without detectable loop. Plenty loud for my need (townhouse bedroom) and I haven't tried to test how loud it will go. I like the assortment of sounds, and really love the train. Great step up from a Homedics unit which I've used for years. I need to emphasize that the variety of sounds and accents really makes it sound real, not like a repeating loop. Good stuff!
