An upgrade over the Vivo 3, but not much.
This is an upgrade over the Vivo 3, but not by very much. The addition of PulseOx is neat, but if turned on, it burns the battery down too fast, if off you can't take any Ox measurements throughout the day. Garmin needs to upgrade the firmware so that the PulseOx can take measurements on demand and during activities. It took several upgrades before the heart rate and stress measurements worked well on the Vivo 3.
