The sound quality blew me away!
When I got these, I wasn't expecting much from them.I got them because my Anker Soundcore headphones had been stolen, and their price was too good to pass up. And I hoped they would at least be good enough for movie-watching on my laptop. What a surprise! They sound amazing! They have an amazingly full, rich sound, not the cheap tin sound I thought they'd have. They're easy to use, and all the controls are intuitively placed with no fumbling for the right button.I also appreciate that they can be connected by a standard 1/16th" plug for devices without Bluetooth.I can't say enough about them!A pair of them will be found in each of my family members' stockings at Christmas. And that still will cost less than a typical gift. But not for long, I suspect...Once word about these headphones gets around, I'm betting they become the next big brand name, and their retail price will rise to match their fame.

Surprisingly good!
These surprised me with how nice they were, especially at this price. The sound quality was pretty good. I mean, obviously they aren't going to be as good as Sennheiser or Beyerdynamic or anything like that, but you shouldn't expect a $20 headphone to sound like a $200 headphone.I primarily used them with Bluetooth and had no trouble pairing them. I turned them on and my phone located them immediately. There was a good clarity and separation of instruments. I listened to a lot of rock, jazz, and classical to get a good variety. I didn't ear anything bothersome like piercing highs or anything like that, which was great. You could still hear the bass, even on the really low end from what I tried. And the bass didn't muddy up the mid-range too badly. There are 6 EQ presets. If I had one complaint it's that the manual doesn't say what they are. According to this Amazon page they are: Bass/Jazz/Voice/Rock/Pop/Classic. I'm assuming that's the correct order, because the first one was very bassy. I'd say The #1 and #6 setting were the best overall for most music, but you kind of need to try them all on a case by case basis. I'd say #2 and #4 sounded the worst. #4 sounded terrible with vocals as it really recessed them far back. It's weird if that's supposed to be the "Rock" setting. It also would have been nice if they had a little voice tell you what EQ profile you have on, because it can be easy to forget which one it is. I guess just find the bassiest one and know you're back at #1. It does have noticeably stronger bass than all the other presets.I also tried these with phone calls and they worked well with one complaint. For some reason, when you make a phone call it jacks the volume all the way up to maximum, which then makes the person's voice really loud and piercing. It does it every time too. For example, I made a call and it jacked the volume up. I turned the volume down and then had that person call me. When I answered it then jacked the volume all the way up again. It's bizarre and slightly aggravating especially if you're sensitive to sound like me.There are buttons on the side of the left ear-cup and they work very well. They are responsive and easy to find.I do have one complaint about the overall build quality and it's that they feel like they're made out of really cheap and creaky plastic. It honestly feels like they might crack very easily.Even though the plastic feels cheap I do still think they sound really good and at only $20 they are actually a really good value.
