Sleep tracking is not that accurate and the mobile app is basic

I was sick of paying the high Fitbit prices only to have the device die within a year. I saw this device and thought it was reasonably priced and had the same core features I had with Fitbit. I really only use the step tracking, time, and sleep tracking, as well as heartbeat and weather. I'm really not seeing a major difference...in fact...I think the device interface and app are better than Fitbit.The issues I have found:*There do not seem to be a ton of 12hr watch face options. There are still a bunch, but not as large of a library as the 24hr ones.*Even with a 12hr watch face and my device set to display in 12hr format, when charging, the device displays the time in 24hr format.*Even with a 12hr watch face and my device set to display in 12hr format, when using the weather app, the sunset time is displayed in 24hr format.*The sleep tracker trackers both your bedtime sleep and naps (which is great) to total up your total sleep time. However, the app is the only place that provides the total sleep time. The watch itself will only display the first sleep session. If you go to bed and sleep for 6hr, wake up, and take a 2hr nap in the afternoon, the watch will say you only slept for 6hrs but the app will say you slept for 8.*I haven't tried to drain the watch battery completely to see how long it takes, but based on the battery percentage icon, I don't see how it could possibly last 9 days.All in all...still a great watch...and I've been very happy with it. Won't be going back to Fitbit.

I was leary about getting this one over the samsung watch but I am so glad I did. It's really nice the battery does last for days as it said. I love the step tracking and the sleep app,I have sleep apnea and it helps me keep track. Breathing and heart app is great, It's worth the price and it works great!

This is my second Garmin watch and I have no desire to try anything else. I love the Garmin Connect app, which is super easy to use. As for the watch itself, the display is great, the activity trackers are fantastic, and the built-in music storage is an added bonus. I don't wear it to sleep, so I can't speak to the sleep tracking ability, but the rest is great!

I really liked the features of this watch, but it didn't work for me because of the sleep tracking was way off when it came to awake time. It was accurate on the times of falling asleep and waking up, but it would say I was awake for maybe 15 minutes through the whole night when I know I was awake for a few hours (I am a terrible sleeper). I contacted customer support and they said the watch wasn't recognizing me being awake because I wasn't moving my wrist enough for it to detect it. They suggested I should keep moving my wrist around when I was awake, which would be difficult to fall back asleep if I had to keep moving my arm. Other than that, it was a great watch, and the battery life was amazing! If sleep tracking is not that important to you, I would definitely try it!

I’m on 14% after 16 days of usage, 5 days weekly at the gym, tracking exercises. Just Amazing. The sleep tracking is not 100 but it’s great still. The Zepp app is great!! 9.5/10! Strongly recommend for its value for money and features!
