Works amazing!
I love this product! I bought this for my first baby and as being a first time mom I can trust that this works wonders when I need to step away from my child. I love that the night vision works great, and the alarm that is sent when it detects movement. Would recommend!

Great monitor and great customer support
We have had this monitor for over a year with no complaints! Recently the cord was not staying in and therefore it would not charge. Despite being past the one year warranty period, infant optics sent us a new monitor within days. They were very responsive through email and quick to help. I would definitely recommend this product again.

Good product, good company.
Update - company kindly & without being asked, sent me 2 replacements since one of mine arrived broken. I appreciate this so much in a company & I’m so happy I have my clip up & ready to use! I like these a lot.

Great Product and Support
Had the lock for almost 6 months now and all off a sudden I had issues opening from outside, reached out to support (Edward).He was really knowledgeable and sent me the documents and pictures how to troubleshoot.It ended of being a small pin which I never installed.

Very Pleased and Impressed
I have been very pleased with these headphones they last me all day on a full charge the sound quality is great.I can also say that the claim of being able to take a wash with soap and water is true, I accidentally sent my pair in case through the washing machine and they still work just fine

Great customer service
I bought this monitor almost exactly 2 years ago. About a month ago, my power cord developed a loose connection with my monitor and my monitor is unable to hold charge of charge effectively. I emailed customer service at 10pm and received a response within minutes. I troubleshooted the product as requested and sent a response. Again within minutes, I received a response and a replacement is being sent out. Talk about good customer service!

Hackintosh friendly, plug and play, with good soun
Works perfectly for Hackintosh users without needing any additional drivers. Plug and play. Sound quality is very reasonable and the hardware volume control is a nice touch to tweak the levels being sent to your amp/speakers.I'm very pleased, especially for the cost—virtually nil.

Breaks under heat E: replacements received
I would like to start by saying this product is everything I wanted out of a phone car mount. That being said, it had broke twice on me now. The first being the suction cup ripping clean off, and now recently the magnet got snapped off of the mounting arm when presented with a hot day. Needless to say I would keep using it if I was able to.Edit: due to amazing customer support, and being sent multiple replacements FREE of charge, I feel like 5 stars is a very fair update. Thank you responding so quick.
