Both cameras come already paired to the monitor. Very easy to use. Please note that the instructions are all in Mandarin so you’ll have to be slightly intuitive to what you need to do. But the icons are clear and the buttons are self explanatory. The dark/night feature is terrific with clear images and good sound.

Ive been searching for a security camera and this has been the third one I have found that has finally stuck! The swivel technology and being able to see 360° and also having the option of seeing at night in color! And the image is clear! This is cheaper yet better than other cameras that dont even move!

Wow, if I knew what I was missing with my old computer speakers, I would've gotten these a long time ago. The green "on" light is extremely bright so I covered that up with one of those little black stickers you use to cover up cell phone cameras and such.

Update:Customer service reached out to me yet again. They were helpful and gave me a partial refund for the 3 cameras I bought. They also checked on how the battery usage was and why it was going so low so fast and offered replacement or refund. I found it very helpful that the company reached out and helped in many ways. I’m going to use the refund to purchase the newer model cameras to see how they differ from these. Giving now 5 stars just because of customer service.Original:I bought 3 of these cameras back in November. Initially they were good, can’t say great but for the price it was expected.Decent camera shots during day and night. Pretty sensitive motion detector but not consistent - my thought was it’s better then nothing. Again expected with the price.#1 complaint and pitfall is that the battery life is no where what they claim it is. And that’s even with all detections off. Just drains down even with no alerts. It’s resulted for me to continuously have to remove them and charge them inside the house then put them back up weekly. Unfortunately for me I’m now outside the window of return with amazon. Hope that there company reaches out to me

Setup and install went smooth. The only thing is for some reason I could not get it setup with my iPhone. I had to use my Samsung. Other than that the lock is great and fully functional. I love having the locks added to Eufy security app with my cameras and door sensors.

I bought 2 of these cameras and they work great. I use them for my shop and every time there is motion, I get a notification on my phone so I can see what the camera detected.It has night vision which is one of the features I bought it for and works great. Would recommend

I love how the camera is able to pan the whole room, the clear picture and big screen makes it easy to see a lot at one time. Being able to see both cameras is amazing! Mic is clear, and the sound alert that turns the monitor back on is also amazing. Great buy, and worth it for sure!
