Only Vitamin D Supplement I purchase!
I've read that your vitamin D levels are critical to your health, and ideally achieved through safe sun exposure. Since that isn't possible where I live year round, and since I do not believe in using a tanning salon, I turned to these supplements. I wanted to ideally be at 55 ng/ml. I tried taking the recommended dosage on the bottle, but still wasn't there.I now take 5 of these per day and have achieved te 55 ng/ml.I highly recommend this product, and suggest anyone considering it to consult with their doctor to determine what dosage is right for them. Also like that it is a non-gmo product at a reasonable price.

Best combo vitamin
I take this vitamin because of a deficiency of D3. The K2 helps it to better absorb and go where it needs to. I feel much better than just taking D3 alone. I recommend this vitamin and will continue to purchase!
