The noise cancellation is great
These aren’t bad for the price. They cancel out noise well. The sound is pretty great. When making a phone call I can take the left one out Ans still use it. The buttons are still confusing for me to get used to. But I’ll get it down.Even fits okay on my ears which I’ve always had a hard time finding g something comfortable enough. Bluetooth connects just wonderfully also.Recommend charging fully before use.

Great output, bad input sound
I needed a new pair of earphones for a presentation, but the mic does not work. Both pairs that came in my order had great output so I could hear fine - volume and all. However, when I spoke into the mic on both earphones, people on the other end of my call stated that it was muffled and low quality (they couldn't hear me clearly). If you need new earphones for listening to music or watching movies, great product! If you need to use the earphones for talking or calling, this is not the product for you.

Great earbuds, especially for the price!
I ordered these earbuds to use when I walk and listen to my podcasts, or if I’m watching something on my Ipad and don’t want to bother others. These work great for both uses! They charge quickly, are very comfortable in my smaller ears, I do have a problem answering a call on my cell phone if I’m using them, but I think that’s more a ‘me’ problem, user error. They work great for exactly what I needed them for.

Wireless bluetooth headset connected to windows 10
5 start for the headset. Sounds and voice from Webex calls is working fine. I heard the sound/voices clearly and they heard me too clearly. When i used to go to kitchen to drink a water and go to bathroom too during webex call the bluetooth connectivity still connected, my computer is located at my room 2nd floor. As of now I used the headset watching movie for 3 to 4 hours a day and movie marathon on last holidays for more than a week battery still good.

Works fine !!
I buyed a brand new Hyperx Cloud 2 during black Friday and one month ago or so when I was in a call with friends or job calls (I'm working from home) everyone said the barely hear me , a friend that also owns this headset also had the same issue and said the mic was failing so I searched for a replacement I tried to buy the original mic but it said they were gonna ship it in 10 labor days and I needed it fast , so I ordered this one and now everyone can listen me loud and clear , also it comes with a replacement cover for the mic guess that's nice to have.Would recommend .

Great so far!!
I’m impressed so far! My house echos (no carpet) and I have 3 kiddos running around. It’s football season so of course the tv is loud also. I was on a call with all that background noise while I was cooking and washing plates, pots, pans, etc. I had no issues hearing my friend and she had no problems hearing me. I’m stoked. Prior to today, I was using ear buds that absolutely sucked and cost far more.

The head set is a perfect inexpensive way to go ha
I purchased the headset for work. I like them so much I decided to pair them with my personal cell phone. They are perfect for hands free calls. The sound quality is amazing. The call quality is crystal clear.All of my customers has had great things to say about the clarity. I usually have a hard time getting things to stay in my little ears. This set comes with little covering that fit perfectly. The battery life works all day for me.

Definitely bright if that's what you want.
Dude this thing is in your face and it's bright. Not sure if that's exactly good or not, but I'm trying to get used to it. I have it on a pretty warm setting with the diffuser on, and set to the lowest brightness, and as of now that's about all I can take with the light BLASTING ME IN THE FACE. I can't see how to do a conference call with this thing at even 50% without going blind lol. But it definitely feels sturdy, love the display and controls, my kids keep stealing it to play with it, or use it as a reading light.
