Great light for your Zoom meetings
I previously purchased a smaller clip on ring light as I needed more face front lighting for my Zoom meetings. The small clip on option didn't offer a lot of light for me when I clipped it to my laptop, probably would work better for taking selfies on your phone. I purchased this hoping that it would be brighter and it did not disappoint. It has a lot of options in terms of brightness and warmth and was what I needed for my work area where lighting is not that great. Highly recommend. My only negative is that the phone holder is a bit tight and I really had to push my phone in, but I guess that just means my phone won't fall out of it. But other than that, it does exactly what I need it to do.

Wonderful product!
I got to where I had to link it to the Alexa app on my phone or tablet, which I hadn't counted on having to do, wasn't prepared, and somehow it all went to hell, and I never could get it to work. Hours later I gave up. If there were some way I could get help from Amazon I would welcome it, but don't know how.The above was my original review. I got a call a few hours later offering to help. So I pursued it. Talked to a human being and within 10 minutes we were resolved. And I have loved it. I have changed my attitude toward Amazon's customer service. Revelatory! Thanks.Frank

My first thought, when I was assembling this, was that it seemed flimsy. The arm is lightweight plastic (although the base is very sturdy). I thought I had made a $42.99 mistake. Still, I assembled it and put it by my bed. It has several settings of varying warm and cool light colors, each with 3 brightness levels to choose from. I love this feature so much more than I had expected to! I also love the built-in USB charging port. It works well for our iPhones & iPad (it also does not take forever to charge them) and helps to minimize the clutter on my nightstand. My son thought it was so cool that I got him one for his room. I also got a white one for my daughter for her room. And I'm going to buy the version without the charging port for my stepfather to put on his computer desk. Great product!
