I had received my tripod and the phone mount was missing, I had emailed the manufacturer and let me tell you the customer service is impeccable!! They were very responsive and respectful, and sent me the missing piece immediately. I always get questions like who took that photo of you?! girl my bluetooth tripod :p its also great if you FaceTime often, because you can just hook it up and chat without your arm going numb by the end of the phone call. I highly recommend! its crazy how handy a tripod can actually be once you get one yourself! no more asking "hey can you take a photo of me" and feel awkward, totally stepped up the selfie game :pgo buy one!

Good but Heavy
Good optics even under poor light. Get a good quality tripod to mount it on otherwise you will not get the benefit of 25x magnification.Head of tripod should be (what we used to call) a floating head so you can pan/tilt without juddering....Too heavy for holding more than a minute...

This tripod is so great
Trust me, I know tripod better than anyone else, I know great tripod and this is great. It's so great I even forget this is a tripod believe me when I say this.
