Good product but battery compartment is tricky
Good product, good pictures. Easy setup. Issue encountered was with Amazon rechargeable batteries and camera battery compartment. Positive terminal is shorter than normal on the Amazon Basics battery. Camera battery compartment has a plastic shroud that holds the batteries and does not allow for adjustment of the terminal contacts. Other batteries work well and the cameras are in use.

Good Quality at a Great price!
I received it on time and fast! Just beginning to use it on my Seadoo in the Gulf Of Mexico. I love the product package and great pics and videos and I am an amateur user.I do not like the battery compartment door, it is flimsy.

Great Product
This is a very user friendly device and the app on iPhone makes it very easy to control. My only concern is the claims of water resistance/proof. The seals on the battery compartment doesn’t seem like the best fit.

Had a problem with battery compartment
Nothing to dislike about the company was a class act and the rep was very understanding to my needs and was very helpful took the information down and was very quick with there response and in the end provided me with a new cover free of charge I highly recommend this product

good product for the price
Seems like a good little camera. You get a lot of accessories! I can see a problem with losing the battery compartment door - it should be permanently attached in some way. I would also like to get a manual - but can't find anything online.

I like the smaller footprint of the foot, because it stays out of the way of the battery compartment on my Cannon. Light, good controls for tilt and swivel...solid lightweight option at an affordable price.

Good Value
Very happy with this camera. There is something of a problem with the instruction booklet in that the print is too small to read. Once we had the instructions pulled up on the computer things went well. The menu is easy to navigate and installation is easy once you figure out how to get to the battery compartment. Picture quality is good for the price.
