I have 3 Of these cameras the oldest one is about two years old it’s starting to get hazy at night even if you use the night vision but during the day very clear like I said sometimes Motion detected does not pick up cars or people but overall it works pretty good.

I recently upgraded to a new modem, and went from 2.4 ghz to dual band. I then lost all connectivity to my AMCREST camera's and no matter what I tried on my own I could not reconnect them. I called Amcrest customer support and Bennet Philips assisted me through the setup process and got my cameras working again. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and willing to think outside the box with me when the "usual" didn't get my cameras back on line. He must have been online with me for an hour, but never lost his patience. I highly recommend Amcrest Pro, because their devices work, but more so because their customer service ROCKS ! thank you Bennet. :)

Nice camera, great images and video. My only issue is the battery life doesn’t last as expected. I have changed the sensitivity level. Since I can’t return it now due the 30 days. I need to find a way to keep it charge at all time. Otherwise the cameras is great.

I purchased 2 different Akaso action cameras to take auto racing. The quality and functionality is excellent for the price. My only complaint is that the battery does drain pretty quick, especially when using WiFi. Not a huge deal as it comes with 2 batteries, or you can plug it into an aux charger. The amount of accessories bundled in help offset anything it may lack.At the end of the day, I'm able to record my laps at great quality. Side by side with other cameras, I notice no significant differences with the end result. For the price, you can't go wrong.Update Dec 4 2020Contacted Akaso for support on another order via email. Customer service response was less than a day, and were extremely friendly and accomodating. Updating to 5 stars. Great product AND service all the way.

So far these camera's have held up well for 5 years.. just needed tech support to upgrade firmware and I got through right away. I was helped by Sophia for over an hour updating all 3 of my cameras and I'm back up and running. Very good tech support!

I have 2 cameras and my first one had poor night vision. I emailed the customer at support@zumimall. com and they responded super fast. within a week I had a new camera replacement at no additional charge and the new one works great. great support and customer service. thank you.

 I’ve had these cameras since 2017 so I’m probably a pretty good reference point. Of those I originally purchased (3 indoor and 1 outdoor), I had the one outdoor one crap out. (I live in Texas so not real surprising with the heat.) Other than that, no issues aside from the occasional system down (pretty rare). I’ve bought some of the newer outside ones that you can talk through as well. (I’m up to 7 or 8 cameras now (most outside).) As a whole, I really like these cameras. They are much more responsive than my Ring doorbell and will pick up motion much faster. (Ring sucks in my opinion. Sometimes it captures nothing at all so I rely on my Blink.) I purchased a set for my sister also because she was having a lot of homeless people walking through her yard. If anything, these are also a great deterrent. I definitely recommend them to people. Most times, the batteries last for awhile. I have to replace the front yard camera batteries about every 9 months or so but only because that camera goes off a lot.

I where it on every photo shoot!! Best thing I’ve ever bought.... aside from my camera!! I wear it during weddings and don’t even realize I’m carrying multiple cameras, and people think I look cool (ok, maybe just my perception)
