Desmond in tech support was extremely helpful. After having trouble with my router Desmond was able to trouble shoot with me in under 20 minutes. (Maybe faster if I wasnt computer challenged). I would recommend anyone this camera for in home use.

I have never own a Security Camera System before. Did a lot of research.Finally decided to purchase this system because of the price and came with 2TB memories ( more is better ). After have that installed. I can monitor all four corners of my home.But one day one of the camera suddenly stop working. Did a few thing. Found out the power supply was broke. Sent email to manufacture to ask for advice. Surprisingly, I got response the next morning. I have problem on product from Amazon before. I was pushing around between Amazon and the manufacturer. One time I have spent 2 month to get the issue fixed. But this time, the manufacturer show me step by step how to re-register the camera & upgrade the system. And they also sent me the power supply and extra accessory to improve the wifi signal. Thumb up on the value, image quality, ease of use, quick and friendly tech support.
