Owen and Carlos at technical support are fantastic
Camera does what it's supposed to, which is more than I can say about other cameras. I've connected it to an Amcrest DVR and the whole setup is quite flexible and convenient to setup and monitor. Owen and Carlos at technical support are fantastic and knowledgeable and have been very helpful in setting things up and addressing any problems. The technical support really is a good reason to go with Amcrest.
