Reliability and technical support
This my fourth LaCie external hard drive over the past four years. They are very reliable and robust. The technical support is the best I have experienced. I have a high regard for Apple support but Inbelirve the support by LaCie is better.

I have two of their (Amcrest) devices and I absolutely love the Amcrest product line and just got off the phone with them - ((technical support (Amanda)), and had the most excellent experience with technical support and customer service. I would (and will) purchase their (Amcrest) products again.

Amazing technical support
Camera itself is great. A little difficult to navigate setup but Amcrest technical support will walk you through it all. Amanda remotely worked on my system until she got it up and running. Cannot thank her enough.

Amazing technical support
We installed this lock last year after we bought it. And I’m really liked it. I removed the lock when I moved my offices. When I went to reinstall it on my new office door, I found that we had misplaced the diagram showing where to drill and make sure the holes were aligned properly. I contacted their support email, and they were amazingly attentive. They replied right away, let me know where they were in the process of finding the right document for me, and then found the correct one. I will buy from them again because they are so good with their support.
