I am very happy with the technical support Lance provide us, I was about to give up on update my cameras wifi red, but with Lance help, my cameras are working again.Update: after my internet was not working again, we have reset everything again, and Nancy P from technical support help this time, with outstanding service, she was patient, understanding, and has great knowledge about the issues I was having connecting the cameras. great job Nancy. thanks

Image too bright, useless - Edit: Great service an
As the image shows, when used as a dashcam, the image is excessively bright, and camera is useless.Already adjusted metering, exposure, ISO and noting works. Image is always too bright.Edit. I contacted Technical Support and almost at same time Customer Support also contacted me. They have quickly sent a replacement and it is working great.Amazing service.
