Worked with AMCREST’s technology support personnel and worked Edwin who provided A+, top notch customer support. Was able to reconnect my camera to newly purchased router and even showed me some new features of AMCREST’s software packages. Great company, great staff, and great product!

Fantastic Service
I switched my Wifi configuration and needed some help 4 years after I bought the Camera. Called Amcrest support and received an amazing and patient service from Rachel Wills.I was asking a lot of question and she showed extreme willingness to help on every issue I came up with.I wish each product i'd buy will have come with such a service!
