The camera performs flawlessly, but even more importantly, Amcrest customer service is exceptional. I had difficulties viewing old recordings on the website and contacted customer service. My emails were answered within minutes or hours (not days!). US based technician ( Carlos B with the Houston escalation tech support team) spend a significant amount of time with me on the phone and resolved the issue.

The rep that we had Neil Roberts was very pleasant. Great customer support and so sweet he is very patient and fast working and hard working.I advise people to go to amcrest great cameras and great customer service.I recommend you ask for him whenever you call his service is so professional

Great support
I contacted Amcrest support for help after moving to a different state. I had difficulty setting cameras back up, I called Amcrest and was very quickly connected to support and a gentleman named Lance Helped me configure my camera. I am very satisfied, I contacted Amcrest support a year ago with the original setup and they both times helped me with less than 2 minutes on hold and were very professional and knowledgeable. Lance was very professional and courteous and got me up and running. Thank Armcrest for you quick and professional service. You have an excellent product and I will recommend you to others.

Amcrest Support was fantastic
Jeremy from amcrest support helped me connect my wife's iPhone after numerous tries. He was very helpful over the phone and I recommend support with this product if you have any trouble.

While the setup process was difficult, Amcrest has a wonderful customer support service that assisted throughout the entire process. The product itself functions well and I've had no problems thus far.

Reliable Products and Excellent Customer Service
I've used this camera for a couple of years and found it reliable and very useful. Rarely have I encountered an issue that required customer support, but when I have encountered such an issue (e.g. locating the IR-OFF switch) I have found the customer support team to be very helpful. Most recently, I received help from Selena George. Selena went out of her way to assist me with my issue and after a few minutes, my problem was completely resolved and I was 100% satisfied. I recommend Amcrest, its camera, and its support team. If I was an employer, I would hire and/or retain Selena George, without reservation.
