Amelia did a outstanding job. I would rate her as a 10 out of 10.I had communicated with 4 other techs and Amelia had the best English communication skillsThe other techs I had a hard time under standing and they were not as good as Amelia with her technical skills.

Amazing product! Love all the features but I do wish it came with a remote. The only thing I would want is to have different color options for both the stars and wave/cloud thing.

Unbelievable technology
This thing is amazing, I now have a affordable way to listen to my Sirius XM in my house. The sound is great, very helpful info for day to day activities. I love this thing!
