Phenominal Tech Support set-up
I ordered the camera for security purposes, but had difficulty setting it up! Danny Phillip in the tech department spent a good time helping me solve the problem which was basically due to my own issues, nothing to do with the camera. I have several of these Amcrest Pro HD camera's, some over a year, and they all work fantastic. I appreciate that they have a knowledgable tech department and Danny Phillips is amazing!!!

Smart home on a budget
Originally, this product did not work with my Android phone. Through the consistent efforts of the tech team, it worked and has been a great addition to our smart home. I would definitely recommend this light bulb. Good quality and functionality.

This watch has worked well for me
I’ve had this watch for a year and a half and it’s worked great for me. And the tech support has been amazing. They done everything they can to take care of my needs.

Reliable essential smart home tech
My husband installed these throughout our home and synced them with Alexa as a birthday gift to me. I’m the wife that comes home and turns on every light in the house and then walks out. Now, rather than having to run around hitting 17 light switches before leaving again (or uh, just being a terrible person who leaves them on), I just very smugly yell “Alexa turn off all lights!” and saunter on out. It’s been seven months and it still hasn’t gotten old. Alexa will also control the dimming settings and such. The future is now, folks. I feel like a Jetson.According to the hubby you should get smart switches, not smart bulbs, because they’re more reliable and can’t burn out. I can’t promise you he’s right but we’ve had exactly zero problems with these switches so far.

Great watch - does a lot.
The watch was an upgrade from an older VivoactiveHR. The watch is comfortable, easy to use. Plenty of good data fields, screens, and apps you can download from Garmin Connect. Very easy to use and setup. It is a great step up for those who don’t need all of the higher tech stuff the Fenix series has.

No problems 4 years ago buyer
i have been able to watch my home and surroundings for the last 4 years never one glitch most of the time from 1000 miles away through my I Phone ! 60 days ago i bought a 2nd system ( i have not installed that one yet) 1st one came with 8 cameras all work fine, tech service was excellent!!

Very nice.
Works great. bought to replace a broken 3 year old fossil smartwatch, and it works much better. So, it's better than three year old "top of the line" tech. Not bad for fifty bucks.Watch band pinches. Had to replace. Looks good on a wide leather band. Functions well. Galaxy watch bands @20-22mm work best.To the people complaining about wierd pairing issues, I have a FIX:First, go into your Bluetooth settings, on your phone, for the watch, and disable the "Phone audio" option. This cures the audio override issue that people are describing as "connection issues that make them have to reconnect". This is NOT the watch, this is the phone, this is just how Bluetooth works and your watch has a higher priority than headphones to your phone.Second: When the watch is charging, it does disconnect and takes a minute to reconnect once taken off the chargerSummary: its a really flipping sweet $50 smartwatch if you replace the band and embrace the "get what you pay for" mentality. I'm SO happy I bought this rather than another watch double, triple, or over quadruple the price.-Long-time tech guru.

Makes a dumb garage smart.
We just moved into an apartment from our house which has a high tech garage door system with app and we could program to close if left open. With these few inexpensive pieces we turned our rental garage door opener into a smart one.

Works with my Chamberlain Smart Garage Door Opener
Both the garage door keypad and the remote controls were easy to program, and worked on the first try. These remotes were paired to my Chamberlain smart garage door opener with the yellow programming button.I didn’t have a need to contact Tech Support, so I can’t give them a rating. This is a good value for the money and gets my recommendation.
