I needed tech support today for my remote camera that I purchased a couple of years ago and I was assisted by Colin Peters. He was awesome and completely resolved all of the issues I was having. I attempted to resolve them on my own and was unable to do so so I contacted tech support and he logged into my laptop and reconfigured everything and got be straightened out. There is no way that I could have done it myself and he totally fixed all of the issue that I was having. Thanks Colin.

Danny helped me set this camera up after I got a new router. I was having a hard time connecting it so he guided me through a firmware update to make sure all functionality was restored. couldn't have done it without Amcrest's tech support!!!
