Best tech support EVER!
Jared from tech support was a wonder!The camera is also amazing- 1080P and clear enough that I can see my fish swimming half a room away. I was having trouble getting the cam to take a snapshot when it triggered, so Jared logged into my computer and set everything exactly the way I wanted it- no muss no fuss! He was even wicked patient when I couldn't remember any of my passwords :-)I plan to get a few more ProHD WiFi cams and tie them together for full coverage.

This monitor is hight quality make. The picture quality is 1080p and 720p depend on your wifi. And lot of functions .

Amcrest 1080P WiFiCamer
Ordered this as suggested by friend. At first very intimidated by setting it up. However, in contacting their tech support, Julia was very helpful. Picture quality is great. This gives me such peace of mind. I would recommend it to any one.

Great Support!
I was having a problem with the remote access using p2p.. I called support and spoke to Jared, he was very helpful we found that i had disabled p2p when i first purchased the cam. The image quality on the Amcrest cam is superb.

Sticking with Amcrest! Great Product and Customer
We already have a 720P and bought this Amcrest 1080P for my daughter to monitor her new dog. We stuck with Amcrest due to the superior product we've found the 720P to be, and their excellent customer service.Here's an example of their responsiveness: I emailed them at 2:17pm on Dec 5, and customer service rep Christine Banks got back to me ten minutes later at 2:37pm. That mirrors my experience with them when I thought I had an issue with the 720.Some have said they had issues setting it up. So did I, until I deleted the app, downloaded it again and followed the directions to install the new camera. What I did differently the second time was keep the default "Admin" username and password. After everything was up and running, I went into settings and changed the password to a secure one.
