Still working after 1 year, and great support
I have had this camera for 1 year, and it has been running 24/7. Amcrest Tech support has been very helpful. I spoke to Travis who helped me remotely reconfigure the camera.Pros: Good quality video, flexible/configurable camera, night vision that lights up a room, accurate pan/tilt. Easy to use app, Simple setup for getting the camera up and running. excellent tech support when they can be reached.Cons: wait times for tech support.

Tech support is awesome!!
I have a lot of Kasa devices and we love them! Got 2 of these cameras and the “spot light” feature didn’t work. Chatted with tech support they sent a ticket to engineering department. They sent me an email the next morning saying that they found the issue and to be looking for a firmware update …. It happened, and quickly!! I cannot say enough about the tech support A#1!!!

Amazing Tech Support
I was having a hard time setting up the UI on my computer so I contacted tech support. Raymond Hayes was able to successfully take control of my computer and do everything for me. The camera works great and big thanks to Raymond Hayes.

Excellent Tech Support
I bought the lock in February 2022. Exactly what I was looking for with the remote locking/unlocking capability. In October, I kept getting a battery low indicator, yet I tested the batteries and they were good. It finally got to a point where I had to plug in the usb cable just to be able to unlock or lock the door. I emailed tech support and they were EXCELLENT! After a few things to try, which unfortunately did not work, they shipped me a new lock. Back to normal. Hopefully this one will stay healthy.

No tech support at all.
Product worked great then just quit after 5 month.No tech support. Email comes back un deliverlyable. Amazon did refund my purchase.

Kudos to their tech support
I have had this speaker for over 2 years. It works fine when I need to use a Bluetooth speaker and I never gave it much thought. With the pandemic and doing zoom classes I have used this speaker much more, and only now realized there is a 15 minute time-out feature. There are explanations of it in questions on Amazon, and it told me i needed a firmware change.When I couldn't easily find the firmware (i didn't try that hard) I wrote to their tech-support over Labor Day weekend. They got back to me the next morning emailing the firmware and very clear directions how to upgrade it. This is an inexpensive item, and to have such great tech support deserves to be mentioned. I deal with many companies and this is head and shoulders above what I have come to expect. So 5 stars for the product, and a cherry on top for their service.

Tech support was terrific!
We use this lock on a secondary entrance to our home. We like the features such as automatic locking and the ability to provide codes to family or vendors. You must pay close attention to the instructions so that that lock performs correctly.
