Just plain, good, old-fashonied great customer service
Keith.s was the customer service represenative who I had called after waiting almost a month with constant small tech issues. This man saved my entire system just by a few simple steps from my newly bought laptop, i gave him the secure access to go in and make the proper changes needed to setup my camera, and now it works more than perfect. i should have gone ahead and called their support team way sooner, because i just had 24 days of pure confusion, solved in about 15 minutes. On top of all this, he did not complain not a single time as i was assisting him, he was so patient and helpful, to the extent of basically setting up my cloud system and camera setup access by himself. I totally recommend anyone getting the opportunity to catch this particular individual on a support call. Remember people, if you can't get it to work, just call their support team's number located on the "Amcrest.com" site. you won't regret it.

I love everything about this door look. The eyes are awesome. The cards are easy to register. My favorite feature is the automatic door look and the fingerprint option. I'm in no way a handy person but I was able to watch the setup video on YouTube and follow it. I installed it myself. I'm renting so I am not able nor do I want to take off the old door handle so it looks a bit odd but it works for me.

Pocket Talker Works Well
The Pocket talker while not a hearing aid allows me to enjoy going to the movie theater again. Using the head set provided with the amplifier I was able to hear 98% of the dialog from the movie where as in the past I would be lucky to hear 60%. I do like the ability to adjust the tone to fit my upper register hearing loss. Pocket Talker is a little pricey for what it is or I would have given it a 5 star rating. I am satisfied with my purchase and recommend the device to anyone who has a need.

This product worked great on a bruise I had on my face. Something that everyone should keep on hand.

Easy to install, working great.
I connected three of the switches to my outside flood lights. Installation was easy and they all are working as they should.

Updated review of "Stopped charging before 1 year"
After I wrote this review on the weekend, I sent a note to customer service about my issue. They asked for my invoice# and saw this order was under 1 year. They said there was something defective and this should never have stopped working like it did in such a short period of time and they would be sending me a brand new, updated version right away.So, you should know that they back their product and you should feel good about purchasing it because of this!

Does what it says
I wanted this for grinding games that require you to do all kinds of things that generally require an AI which a button press is needed several times to move on to the next thing, and this works well. I find the grind on games these days to be insanely lame especially with the random rewards which seems awfully broken.While I was able to get the turbo feature enabled, it wasn't overly easy to do. Sure, you update the device and then download software and register but the rest took some looking into. I use an Xbox series x and found using the wireless adapter to be iffy at best which is a shame. For this price wireless should be a given!It took a bit of looking around for a turbo pack that would work but I did, but it wasn't the one with turbo in its name. A couple of videos made it easy to use and activate which was nice. So for my needs it is working great. A bit pricey though.

Works fine.
I purchased the 256 to copy all my files, documents, pictures, etc. Transfer was easy. It worked as it should.
