Easy set up, tech support is great!!!!
I initially bought it on July 2020, had some personal issues with family but finally got to set it up at my mother house. I had some issues setting it up but called the tech support team, Randy Rainbow was able to help me out. I had a great experience with device, easy set up, app is set up on my phone. I can monitor my moms house and her from my phone, gives me a peace of mind. I love the product, looking to rebuy and buy the outdoor ones too. I also bought the SD card with it. Awesome night light
I got this since my youngest always has the light on and the older kids don’t like it. One day after getting this and they all like it a lot. Easy to use and has a cool lighting effect.

Amazing value

Great product. Happy to say goodbye to keys
I bought 2 of the locks and they are working very well for me. Initially, I had an issue installing the first lock( it was opening in the wrong direction) and switching the direction thing was not making any difference. After a while I was not even sure anymore what type of swing the door was. It was then I called for support and the help I got from Jamie was far beyond my expectations. I sent a picture of the door and she helped me to confirm the the swing of the door and I got it to work.Also, I like the fact that they followup to make sure everything was good.

"Bang for Buck..."
So far my xp has been quite surprising in a good way. It works well. App was a issue. Connection w/wifi as well. I got a email checking up on me & product that was "nice".

Good sturdy phone mount with reach
I got this for my plow truck and it's just what was needed. It's sturdy and has enough reach to be able to use the phone with it mounted on the windshield. It does a great job of holding the phone and is simple to use.

Great gift for boys
I got this as a gift for my little brother and he loves it. It works well as a night light because it's not too bright and will help them fall asleep without the disruption of light. Overall, a good purchase.
