Sounds good
Sounds good and works just fine. However sometimes drops the connection but it’s minor issue.

Good not great
Good, but once in a while it drops the bluetooth connection (therefore only 4 stars). Not sure if the problem is my phone or the speaker, but I have no problem with my bluetooth headset, so I assume it is the speaker.

Excellent Customer Support - and Good product
We purchased this camera 4 years ago, and it has been a workhorse, with great accessibility. Recently, when moving locations, we experienced some connection difficulties. Ethan, at Amcrest (telephone) Customer Support was an outstanding help - he updated the firmware and software, completely restored the service and added the plug-ins required for newer browsers. He provided amazing help and resolved all connection issues in a single call.Highly recommended!!

For the price it’s a steal
Needed a decent mic for some DJ Drops and this one fit the bill great sound easy connection and for the price you can’t beat it

Best Monitor
We had the pricey ones then it broke so we bought this one because my little one was 2 so figured if it broke it wouldn’t matter since it’s not too pricey. She’s 4 now and it’s still working and we bought a second one for the new baby! Love it! Love the fact that you can see room temp and that it’s not on wifi. So works even if the wifi drops.Occasionally the picture drops but quickly returns.

Sometimes disconnects.
It’s handy and if high quality but sometimes drops signal. May be my internet connection though.
