Great sound delivery but irritating system sounds
This speaker provides excellent sound for its size and I would give it 5 stars but for the really irritating sounds it makes when turned on or off and activating Bluetooth pairing. They are quite loud and obnoxious and can't be muted or even quieted; I can't imagine what their development team was thinking (there are numerous complaints on JBL's own support site about it).

For the money it is a great buy. Quality sound
For the money it is a great buy. Quality sound, easy to use, connect to devices and battery life is about 9 hours.

Impressive sound.
We bought a Bluetooth speaker years ago for use with our sailboat. Was never impressed. Daughter had one of these and we tried it out. What a difference. Ordered one the same day. Took it on vacation, filled living room and deck with awesome sound. Good choice!
