Great customer service
I have had my monitor over a year now. It was working great, but then I had a slight issue with the charging port. I reached out to customer service, knowing they wouldn't be able to do much since I was outside of my 1-year warranty. Customer service responded very quickly, and sent me a replacement monitor free of charge! They were very friendly and very quick to respond. I couldn't be happier with our monitor and the customer service!!

Excellent product and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I love this monitor! So easy to use and the picture quality is so great! I love that you can scan around with the camera and the night vision is so clear!I would like to add that I have experienced THE BEST customer service with this company.We had an issue with our unit and customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. I am so grateful to this company and will recommend to everyone I know. Quality product and exceptional customer service!!!!

Nice stands and sturdy
When I received the stands one of the poles was defective. I called sanus customer service. They were very polite and effective. I was send a new replacement part. That’s customer service!!! Definitely recommend and will look for them in future when purchasing similar products.

Highly satisfied with excellent support
I was so excited to order this lock after seeing the review. After went through the installation and put battery, I had some issue. However, customer service contacted me and resolved the issue over the phone. Amazing customer and technical service, highly recommended.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I really needed a device to hold my phone in the car. This product works great and I was able to rectify an issue with the product directly with customer service. They were prompt and addressed my issue immediately. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent post sale customer service
This is more a review for the excellent customer service I received for an issue I had with the product 2 years after purchase. Lei from customer service was extremely courteous and helped with a replacement even though it was out of warranty. Very happy to see manufacturer stand behind their product.

Good customer service
Setup was a breeze. Configuring the settings was not that intuitive. Called Customer Support, Dwayne Hoffman was prompt and got me back on track quickly. Good customer service.

Fun light at a great price
This is a wonderful product that is a great value for the money. We had trouble with the remote sent with the light so I contacted their customer service and they sent me a new functioning remote right away! 5 stars because we love the product and 5 stars for their customer service. Highly recommend
