Very good USB additonal storage unit
USB storage unit easy to take with you. USB cord a little short but unit can be placed out of the way. Have not had to use technical support so do not know on this.

Jeremy from AmCrest technical support was of tremendous help to me. New phone and new router and no matter what I tried had no success re-connecting to the camera. Jeremy accessed my system remotely and solved the problem in less than 10 minutes. Give him a raise!

Great Headset + Outstanding Customer Service

These Smart Dimmers are awesome.
Am not going to describe all the great features that are described elsewhere. I will simply say the positive reviews are correct. I like best that I can use my Firestick Alex remote to control all my dimmer switches. My only complaint is that they are only offered in white.Update: I had an issue that required technical support (on/off display light not working). When I tried to register the item online, the model and S/N were not accepted. I needed to provide a picture of the Model# and S/N. I had thrown out the box, so I had to remove the switch to take a picture of the back of the switch. After 3 days of back and forth emails with technical support, I was finally instructed to do a factory reset. It would have been nice if there had been a troubleshooting section in the manual that discussed this. One star off for poor technical support, as others have mentioned.

All your technical support team is very courteous, knowledgeable, they have helped me many times and have never failed to resolve any problem. I was an electronic engineering technician and worked for Toshiba and I must admit, your support is much more superior then ours.

Great video doorbell
Image quality is great, and the videos are saved locally. Technical support is responsive and helpful. Had an issue in the settings where a toggle was not loading. They were able to quickly assess and fix the issue.

No technical support, slow transfer.
I order 3 of these, I've had them for less then 6 months and one just quit working. I've tried to call support number for their 3 year warranty that the company supplies, but it said number is no longer in service. This product is also very VERY so at transfering data. I wouldn't recommend this storage device at all.

Happy Customer
I am very happy with the support I have received twice already. Each time the technical support person was able to log in to my computer and get me set up as I wanted. I am happy with the product and will purchase another of the same model should I decide I need a second one.
