This camera has been amazing and can provide you with the minimum you need or there is so much more it can do if asked. Technical support has been consistently good with short wait times and very competent help that will use remote control on your computer to get everything set up.Wendy Hart was who I worked with today and she was precise, quick and an excellent communicator.

Lightning struck my home, hitting my modem. After getting a new modem, the camera was no longer connected. After many tries, I could not get it reconnected. Jeremy from technical support was brilliant and very patient with me as he walked me through, step by step, to get re connected. Thank you Jeremy!!The camera is ideal for me as I spend a lot of time out of the house, I put it in a central position where I can scan around the whole downstairs, tilt up or down, side to side and zoom in if necessary. I can keep an eye on my dogs while making sure the house is secure. Great product!

Issue resolved
Very simple to install, set up and open with fingerprint. I had a problem with the latch and the company reached out to me to offer technical support and adjustments. They continue to check to see if my issue reoccurred. Great customer service!

This is a great product. I had some problems setting up but Jarret and Dustin were fantastic on solving the problems and making everything working great. They are true professionals both in terms of technical knowledge and courtesy and patience. They are rock stars when it comes to tech support.

Great camera!, if it was weather proof I'd give it 6 stars! I received the cams (I got 2 to try them but I'm thinking of getting more)... I've been a foscam fan before, but these new amcrest cams are just way better! I called technical support to set them up and in no time i got connected and the technician (Curt was his name) was very knowledgeable, very courteous and easy to understand all instructions he gave me. I'm very satisfied with this new cameras, i'd recommend them to anyone

A woman name Jessie P. From Technical Support was AWESOME in helping me solve my problem! The technician I spoke to prior to her was a man who I forgot his name but he was horrible! He displayed no patience. Thank you so much Jessie P. !!!!

Worked great until warranty expired
I bought two of these at the same time. Worked great for two years (duration of warranty) then one of them stopped connecting to WiFi intermittently. Followed every possible troubleshooting step available and problem persisted. Called technical support to find out that my product was two months past the warranty, however, they made an exception and sent me a replacement anyway. Happy with their support but not happy that my product stopped working.
