It holds the phone
Only complaint is that it doesn’t work on soft or uneven surfaces. Must be sat on a hard flat surface such as a table, desk, etc.It’s very durable and made of nice material

Phone answering
It took a bit to get the phone answering to operate , I should have done the tutorial .It works great and the learning curve is easy

Phone stand
Just received this today. Very easy to assemble (1-2min) Excellent quality. Like another reviewer, I was checking out the one from Weathertech. Very expensive. Saw this one, and went for it. Love it! Phone very secure, very easy to adjust, and stable. So glad I read reviews. Excellent stand, highly recommend.

Hold the phone...
Hold your phone RIGHT next to it( like physically touching your phone to the plugged in chime) when setting up the wireless on it, thought I had a defective unit until I did that and then the Chime picked it up.

Gamer Husband approved!
I bought this for my husband as his headphones are always falling off his desk, there isn’t a good place to set his Fitbit while charging and his phone charging cord stretches across the office. Now all 3 items are in one spot not falling down and charging from one convenient spot!
