I'm a hardcore FPS gamer so I wanted to have the best audio quality in order to hear better in my games. Because of this, I bought the Phillips shp 9500 and the V-moda boompro mic. When I plugged the headphones into the controller, I immediately noticed that the volume was too low. I decided to buy this wonderful amp/dac to get louder sound out of my headphones. Well, let me tell you that they perform better than I had expected. Now, the audio coming out of this sound blasterx G6 is super loud, its so loud that it's unhealthy. After an hour of gameplay, my hears hurt. I have to set the volume to 70% or 80% as the maximum volume is way too loud. Additionally, my headphones sound fuller and warmer than before. Bottom line is. just get this if you have a PS4.

Yesssss!! Excellent sound!!
I mean, they’re pink Beats. Does it get any better than that?! My husband initially purchased a pair from Best Buy and I kind of rolled my eyes about it. What’s so great about these crazy expensive headphones? OMG EVERYTHING! The sound was so pure and vivid, I immediately came to my favorite place to find a pair for myself. I love them!
