I bought this for a kayak trip and since I had never used an action camera or been kayaking before, I was skeptical of both, but it all worked out great.I was very impressed with the little camera. It was extremely easy to use for a novice. I spent a few hours playing with the features at home then clipped it on my helmet and was ready to go! The battery life was impressive, more than 2 hours at 4k quality on one battery. The image stabilization seemed to work fine though I'm not sure what to compare it to. I can just say it looks less shakey than the kayak felt. I used the handy wrist remote to start and stop recording. The only challenge was not knowing for sure if it was recording since it was on top of my head. Finally I stuck the camera on my friend's head so I could see when the light was on, and problem solved. I like that it comes with 2 batteries and there are a whole bunch of included accessories/mounts. I also bought the separate accessory kit which has a floating mount and many other handy gadgets. Another plus is that the mounts seem to be standard and GoPro compatible. It fit the clip on the kayak company's helmet at least.The video quality is good and the waterproof case did its job. It records at variable frame rate, so I had to convert the videos with Handbrake before editing, but that wasn't a big deal. Don't forget to buy a Micro SD card as it doesn't come with one. I was able to format both 64 and 128Gb cards with no problem.I got the Android app working after a few tries. The app lets you control the camera and see what you're recording. You can also transfer videos/photos off of the camera which is very handy if you don't have an SD card reader with you. I'm not sure I'll use the app all that much since you have to connect it to the camera's special wifi network and therefore your phone is no longer connected to the internet via wifi (assuming I was doing it correctly), but I could see it being very useful in certain situations.Overall I'm super happy with this purchase. If you're looking for an easy to use action camera that doesn't cost a ton of money, this one is a winner! Kayaking was very cool too. I highly recommend both.

Brilliant light set for a cheap introductory price. The only issues I have had thus far are related to the stand tripon one, and then the set screws for the umbrellas. On the one stand (on of the tallboys) one leg has a slightly loose leg attachment, so it does swing a bit, but has cause no stability or other issues, mostly just looks funny but works fine! As for the set screws on the umbrella holders, two of the three screws in my set had plastic coating from the thumb screw down onto the threads of the screw itself. I had to strip with a knife. Again, not a huge deal, but it did make setup time about 10 minutes longer.Other than those two very minor issues, FANTASTIC set that I WOULD recommend anyone buys.As a bonus, the tripod feet are adjustable so they can take up less room at the risk of stability; for me that's not an issue as I weighted mine.

We bought this for our 10 year old son for his birthday and he absolutely loves it! It's easy enough for him to use and tough enough to be handled by him and his friends. I'm very impressed with the quality and battery life- it's really a great value for the money!

Ordered this for my younger son who wanted a gopro and before spending the money on a gopro wanted to start with something cheaper. This thing is almost better then my gopro. Think I'll just save the money and keep buying these upgraded products!

Like that we can attach to bike, helmet, anything. Good pics and my daughter can do anything with it in the case and it’s safe.

No dislikes so far - I bought to attach to my mountain bike & take videos of outdoorsy stuff. So far, so good!!

Lots of features and accessories, my kids have enjoyed making videos and taking their own photos. Excited to take it in the water this summer.
