The sound is good enough and the 3D effects are awesome. The built-in mic is also acceptable. The comfortability is ok for short playing sessions but after about an hour my ears start aching no matter how I position the headset. This is not necessarily a flaw of the PULSE 3D as I’ve had the same experience with every over-ear headphones/headsets I’ve ever owned. Mainly because I have big ears that don’t quite fit inside the headphone’s ear cups.

Laughing - seems ok but are just too small to work for me. Ear pads are tiny - not an over the ear… very uncomfortable for me

I have bought two pairs of these and really enjoy them. Good sound, light, comfortable on the head and ears. I prefer over the head, so these worked great. They are not hot like a lot of headphones. My first pair held up great for years (before they got stolen). I did have to replace the ear pads after a while. Again, for $5 this is a great product.

Pretty good for the price however I noticed a tiny buzz on multiple devices which isn't too bad. Lots of ear rubbers which is good. Over all pretty solid

Bought these for over ear cups that the ear doesn't even touch the sides, it boast comfy ear cups that have cooling memory foam for long hours. Leather or at least near real leather cups, deep cups. large cups.Pros:Full over ear cups, the ears don't even touch the top or bottoms.Thick cushioning cups ,ears dont touch or bottom out inside the cups.good mic quality for commsLong cable and gold coated jacksThin and light braided cableLight feeling while on the headretractable mic if you dont need it 'ok' noise cancelling built into these even though they are not marketed as.great sound quality, and great sound ability from lows to highs, no cheap soundingCons:From my old head phones to these I had my sound equalizer set to baseline 0 on the EQ but these headphones out of the box were enormously base-y, I had to set my equalizer to 'treble' to boots the high frequencies and drown out the base (not a deal breaker but just an observation).The inline volume and mute control feels very cheap, the volume knob kills the left headphone when it goes down to the min volume (a cheap potentiometer is used most likely).The Braided cable is kinked from being packaged and zip tied so I think it will either keep these kinks or take a long long while to get smooth and un-kink.kinda of expensive for just headphones, no RGB and no USB sound card in this version. (just what I ordered but still pricey) I bought at $90-$95, and now these are back to reg price of $119, for headphones, mostly featureless extra headphones. I would much rather see these at $75, paying for the brand.The cable is about 3.5 foot from the headset down through the inline control to a 90 degree all-in-one 3.5 mill connector that connects to another 4 foot extender cable that breaks out to the dedicated Mic and Headphone connectors. this mid way 90 degree connector I suspect this is for phones or laptops that have the all on one connector (mic and headset), I dislike this in my desk gaming setup.Other Thoughts:all headphones still give the 'gamer dent' on top of the head where the band flattens the hair. (not these headphones specific but all headphones)

Nothing beats having the comfort of knowing these over-the-ear cushions won't fall off my head as easily as ear buds fall out of my ever widening ear hole. I've noticed that the more I use earbuds inserted into my ear canal my ear canal is getting wider so I need to find bigger and bigger earbuds to stay in. With this headset, I don't have to worry about that. Don't be fooled. This headset is not a high-priced luxury item. But for the value, it a good set to purchase just to see if I could handle having a headset over my head instead of earbuds in my ear canal.

I've been using versions of this over the ear earbud for many years. Sound is great and they stay on my ear.

These are ON EAR not over ear, so the boise cancelling isn't very good. But, they do a decent job. I actually, bought them so I could do an online hearing examination. They worked good for that, so I imagine they would work great for general listening , music, audio books etc.
