Great quality but it stopped working 2 weeks after we bought it! :( won’t turn on. Luckily we are getting a replacement one

Home button stopped working.
I love the Fitbit Blaze. I use it everyday. The home button stopped working. I can't see what time it is anymore.

Fingerprint reader stopped working.
I liked how easy it was to install and looks good. After about a couple of weeks the fingerprint reader stopped working. Revised review because the customer service replaced the item. Very good service! They care about their customers!

Loved it, until it stopped working
First time using a GoPro. Loved it. Took it underwater with me, but never to depths below 12 ft. It stopped working. Don't know what the problem is and am not sure whom to contact about the warranty. Super sad that it only lasted about a year.

Customer service reached out and replace the camera. We'll see how this one works out, so far it seems fine. I'll try it on a trip this summer in the elements and see how that goes.--------I used it snorkeling on vacation and then it just randomly stopped working. No clue what happened, it was in the waterproof case and all. It also had a button fall off while I was trying to figure if there was a reset button. Would not buy and instead just save up for a real GoPro.

Stopped working within 1 month
The speaker no longer works, it fell while was in the shower and stopped working. The seller found out that I had this problem told me I had probably got a defected item and he literally sent me a new speaker like two days later. Speaker works like a champ, I can answer calls in the shower listen to music and audio books or pod cast. Superb customer service, I will definitely do business with this seller again.
