Give therm a few hours to break in...
These replaced some 20 year old Boston Acoustics that had served us well but had gotten a little spongy sounding. We played some Price on the old speakers first and then hooked up the new and played the same music at the same volume. It was better but not great. I know there is debate about speaker break in but I just left these on for a about 5 hours and when I cam back out...they sounded great! Huge improvement over the old speakers. Definitely a lot of bang for the buck. We'll see how they sound in 20 years...

Great Speakers for a good price
bought these speakers in 2011. Installed them on patio under eve of house and left them there. Never took them down. They have been through freezing temps, very hot temps, snow, rain etc. and today in 2017 they are still sounding as good as when we put them up. If you are looking for a quality outdoor stereo speaker I would not hesitate to purchase these again, which I am doing now as we have moved to a new home and need a new pair. Our speakers are hooked up to my Onkyo receiver, so we have stereo music on our patio via receiver, cassette deck, cd player and evenvinyl. Yes I love my music and have lots of music media. There are a lot of higher priced speakers out there, but these sound great and have lasted the test of time so far 6 yrs so I believe these are a great value.

Five stars
I’m a huge fan of JBL, have many of their speakers, this little clip on guy serves up really good sound and volume for its size. We use it in our office at work and it’s awesome!! Big fan!!

Overall a good purchase!!!
Just a few issues with the distance between the speakers and the blue tooth connection. The sound sometimes cuts out, but not too bad. Otherwise... we love them! Enjoy listening to tunes while swimming in our back yard!

Good speakers for the price
Great value for outdoor speakers we installed by deck and they are wonderful out there hooked up through some speakerwire to an amp and Spotify and Music on Computer Sound qulaity is perfect for back yard areas campgrounds ext.

Nice speaker for the price!
We use this speaker all the time. We use it in the kitchen, on the patio, we’ve taken it camping and my wife used it for teaching dance. The Bluetooth easily connects every time. The battery life seems solid. It definitely works for an entire weekend. It does not have the sound quality of the Sonos or Bose portable speakers but you’re not paying $200 either. The sound quality on this speaker is still really good!

Good quality for the price
We’ve had these speakers for about a month and so far we’ve been impressed. The sound quality is excellent for the price and the bass is decent despite the lack of a subwoofer. My only dislike is that the power and volume buttons are on the back of the speaker. It is sometimes annoying to have to move the speaker every time we want to change the volume. However, that shouldn’t be a reason not to purchase these. The sound is great for the price.

The stands worked out great. I didn't use the hide
We purchased these speaker stands to use on our new speaker system. We have a VIZIO SmartCast 36" 5.1 Wireless Soundbar System - SB3651. The stands worked out great. I didn't use the hide a wire feature because the speaker wires already had connectors on both ends and I didn't want to cut the wire and put new ends on. I just used wire ties. I had to use two screws from the Vizio system to attach the speakers to the stand. But stands work great and have no trouble supporting the speakers.
