 I can’t say enough about these cameras. I live alone and want to to feel more safe in my home but I also wanted to see what was happening in my yard at night. My house sits on 2 city lots with a large area unfenced and landscaped. I’ve noticed a lot of animal feces in that area ever since I bought my home and was very curious what animals were enjoying my yard after the sun went down. The cameras were very easy for me to install, sync up and get running. I charged battery’s overnight and it took about 15 minutes each camera to install. I played around on the app to familiarize myself with functions and setup each camera to capture what I wanted in that area. The app is very user friendly. The first night, I captured attached video with the raccoons and also 2 deer walking in the yard! I live in the middle of a rural, active town so a little surprised by the activity. This camera is mounted about 25 feet from house so I’m impressed by WiFi range. Ordering 2 more cameras today for rest of property, can’t wait to see what else I capture!

This is an amazing product for the price, when working correctly. It detects motion well, the mounting kit and cameras are easy to set up, the sync module can be a little work to set up the first time, but once it’s set up, the app used to control it it’s easy to use and has lots of settings to adjust to your needs. My only drawback, very frustratingly, is after a day or so, the sync module “stops recording”. The sync module and cameras will all still be connected to WIFI, The cameras detect motion (you can tell if you want the LED to illuminate during motion detection), the cameras are still accessible to live view, can still update photos, but the sync module won’t save any videos. In the Blink forum, I found many others with the exact issue, and had even found a simple solution that actually fixes mine Each time: power cycle the sync module. It appears a firmware update may have introduced the problem. Another major issue, the tech support team speaks broken English, making it very difficult to troubleshoot. I’m still going back and forth, doing repetitive things because they aren’t understanding that the system is working only because I have attached a smart plug to power cycle the sync module every 12 hours to prevent the issue. It works great, but if they can’t resolve this issue, it will have to keep this 2 star and I would recommend looking into reviews of other camerasUpdate: well spoken support member reached out to me, had a new sync module sent to me. I am now pleased with the results, and thankful the support team worked to get the situation resolved.

I chose this product because it has a central wireless hub which connects to your router and has storage to keep your security camera clips locally, rather than assuming that you are interested to pay a monthly cloud storage subscription (they also offer that) the way that many of the leading brands do. I wasn't interested in a monthly subscription. This product offered two key things I was looking for: the local storage, and truly wireless cameras with a good range that had a good battery life.The product delivered on all these needs. I was impressed with many things, from the ease of setup using their app, to the range of the wifi, to the customizable settings for notifications and motion detection. I wasn't even aware when I bought the product that you can speak from the app through any one of the cameras like an intercom - this was a pleasant surprise - and the batteries really do seem to last a long time between charges (I'm guessing I won't have to charge them again for 6 months, and it is advertised to last a year). I left the country during the holidays and was able to check in on my house, look and see if we had any packages for a neighbor to pick up, etc, all from far away using the mobile app, no problem.What really inspired me to write this review though was the customer support. I had one problem with the original cameras that came with the hub+2 camera set. They weren't updating their firmware and the audio had static and garbling sounds along with the actual audio that was recorded from the camera. I reported this to Aosu support via email and they got back to me quickly. They looked into a firmware fix, and when they found they were unable to push a firmware fix to these particular cameras, they sent me replacement cameras free of charge. Today I installed the replacements, and the firmware and audio problems were resolved.So all in, as the title says, I think this is a good product, it's easy to use, and it's a good value... plus their customer support actually really does support customers the way customers would want.

We have been gone a lot this summer. On the advice of my son-in-law we purchased two of these cameras. They work great and are very easy to install. I am impressed that I can now monitor my home while I am two hours away on my sailboat. Security never cost less.

I've used this extensively for my zoom calls and it looks good! Adjust incredibly well to low lighting and provides a high fidelity, clear and bright video. I tried other Logitech cameras but this is superior by far. This was my first time buying a Nexigo brand product and was a little hesitant but I'm really pleased.

Excelent monitor! Really easy to use! Had an issue with a cameras audio after a few weeks and wrote to customer service and they sent a replacement right away! Replied in a few hours too!! Would definitely recommend! Before this I bought a motorola, had an issue with it and there was no way of reaching any type of customer service to resolve the issue.

After our cars were broken into, it became necessary that we needed a security system in case another incident occurred. I didn't want to spend thousands on a system that required a monthly subscription or extra "add-ons" to make the user experience better (translated as pay for their marketing dept). After a lot of research and reviews, this system was exactly what we needed. The camera images are clear (including night vision) and are simple to view them on our TV and phones. After checking the cameras to make sure they worked properly and then ran the provided Ethernet cables to it's final destination, the cameras were simply plug and play, since the cables provide power to the cameras too. I also don't have to worry about changing batteries or a weak WIFI signal using this system.Initially, I was having an issue connecting the DVR to our internet, and after an email to their help desk, Kiki from Hiseeu quickly responded with not only the correct troubleshooting information, but went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They even offered to video chat with me to ensure everything went smooth. Talk about great customer service! I highly recommend this system and Hiseeu!

I actually love these cameras! They are very sturdy, so I don’t they will have any quality or damage problems anytime soon! The night vision works great, and it’s really good at filtering out random bugs and playing the noise from outside! I can trust that my eyes and ears are always watching with this camera. ;)
