Charging port broke
Cons:1. The charging port broke after 1.5 years.2. No noise cancelling at all3. Sometimes the volume is very low even at the highest volume, then you have to y connect from the device and connect again then it works properly.Pos:1. Long battery life

Broke within months
It started to flash colors and sounds and had to be unplugged to get it to turn off. When I wanted a refund it was past the window.

chord broke
the connecting chord where it meets the button to change the color has to be set in a specific way like a hanky charger.

Broke after 4 months
The tracks I liked listening to stopped making sound after four months, so I threw it away. I read some reviews (afterwards) that said similar things, but they contacted the seller and were pleased with the customer service. So, I bought another one (have only had it for a few days) because I really like how you can add dimensions of sound to the main recordings. There are no other models on the market that seem to do this. So, if i breaks again within a year, I will contact the distributor. It's quite pricey, but it is better than what's out there.
